Our Goal: to work toward "do-able" and meaningful PD. 

• Find ways to meet the diverse needs of staff.
• Find ways to motivate and engage staff in PD.
• Find ways to share and generate fresh ideas with other schools.
• Finding time to plan ahead to create continuity and to share workload and cost.
